What Does a Digitalization and Performance Analytics Lead Do at Tüpraş?

Digitalization and Performance Analytics Lead contributes to Tüpraş’s digital transformation journey by supporting the development, enhancement, and sustainable utilization of enterprise applications that enable procurement, sourcing, supplier management, supply chain, and related business operations. The role works closely with business users, global technology teams, external service providers, implementation partners, and consulting firms to translate business requirements into system solutions, ensure sustainable application support, and enhance business performance through technology, analytics, and continuous improvement.

Job Description

· Analyze business requirements related to procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and supply chain processes, and translate them into system solutions.

· Manage and support SAP Ariba Contract Management, Sourcing, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) modules.

· Monitor SAP Ariba releases and new functionalities, evaluate business impacts, and coordinate adaptation activities.

· Contribute to the continuous improvement and effective utilization of SAP Ariba and related enterprise applications.

· Manage business requirements related to SAP-based applications and coordinate enhancement activities with relevant stakeholders.

· Monitor SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA integrations, analyze system issues, and coordinate resolution activities.

· Collaborate with business users, global technology teams, and external service providers to ensure sustainable application support.

· Manage support requests, ticketing processes, and incident resolution activities.

· Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data maintained within business applications.

· Develop and maintain operational and management reporting solutions supporting business processes.

· Perform controls on reports, interfaces, and transferred data to ensure process continuity and data integrity.

· Coordinate with implementation partners and consulting firms throughout enhancement and support activities.

· Support digital transformation initiatives related to procurement and supply chain technologies.

· Maintain knowledge continuity within the team and provide backup support for critical business processes and applications.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in digitalization, enterprise applications, business analytics, process improvement, or related areas.

· Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

· Experience with SAP applications, preferably SAP MM and SAP MDG modules. Familiarity with SAP IBP, SAP TM, and integration processes within the SAP ecosystem is an advantage.

· Experience with SAP Ariba solutions, preferably Contract Management, Sourcing, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) modules, is highly preferred.

· Familiarity with cloud technologies and enterprise software solutions.

· Experience in reporting, data analysis, and performance analytics.

· Knowledge of procurement, sourcing, logistics, and supply chain business processes.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, global teams, and external service providers.

· Comfortable with high-paced and agile work environments.

· Strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills.

· Innovative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

· Experience with enterprise application support processes including incident management, ticket lifecycle tracking, root cause analysis, solution validation, and production deployment activities.

· Experience in coordinating global support organizations, external service providers, and business stakeholders for system enhancement, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Understanding of SAP Ariba Contract Management, Sourcing, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) processes and their integration with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
