What You’ll Do?
- Partner with business leaders and management teams to align people strategies with business objectives and organizational priorities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management topics.
- Lead and support end-to-end talent processes, including succession planning, talent reviews, leadership development, and key talent retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with leaders to identify organizational capabilities, development needs, and workforce solutions that support business growth.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to strengthening company culture, employee experience, and inclusion efforts.
- Support organizational change and transformation projects by providing HR expertise, change management guidance, and stakeholder communication plans.
- Partner with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employer Branding, etc.) to ensure effective implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing recommendations to business leaders.
- Coach and support managers in employee relations, performance conversations, talent decisions, and leadership effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation, company policies, and HR governance standards.
- Contribute to HR process improvement, digitalization, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance effectiveness and employee experience.
- Participate in strategic HR projects and cross-functional initiatives that support organizational development and business transformation. What We Look For?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- About 10 years of experience in Human Resources, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in a strategic HR role.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning practices.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders and managing stakeholders across different functions.
- Experience supporting organizational change, transformation, and culture initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and translate insights into business actions.
- Advanced level of written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR systems; experience with HR analytics and digital HR tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment.
- High level of ownership, business acumen, and commitment to delivering impactful people solutions.
