What You Will Do?

Plan, coordinate, and monitor maintenance, inspection, testing, repair, and improvement activities to ensure the operational readiness of firefighting and emergency response equipment across the refinery site.
Ensure periodic inspections and maintenance of firefighting systems, including fire water networks and equipment, fire and gas detection systems, and emergency response equipment, are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.
Monitor and inspect the proper use of firefighting and emergency response equipment in the field, follow up on corrective actions for identified non-conformities, update and track relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through online systems, and support the operational continuity of these systems.
Manage inventory, spare parts, and stock control processes related to firefighting equipment.
Create, plan, and monitor maintenance work orders for emergency response equipment and conduct field inspections to ensure timely and effective execution.
Monitor and analyze the performance of firefighting and emergency response systems and prepare reports related to relevant performance indicators.
Plan and deliver both classroom-based and practical firefighting training programs for employees and contractor personnel.
Contribute to effective fire risk management by participating in process safety activities such as Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), permit-to-work processes, Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSRs), commissioning activities, and incident investigations.
Prepare maintenance and operating instructions for newly commissioned equipment and ensure existing documentation is maintained and kept up to date.
Support planning, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement activities within the scope of the Integrated Management System requirements.

What We Look For?

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in English.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Valid driver's license and active driving experience.
Continuously follows technological and industry developments, as well as changes in legislation and standards related to the area of responsibility.
Highly adaptable to change and able to quickly embrace new ways of working.
Dynamic, proactive, and committed to continuous self-development.
