What You’ll Do?
- As part of the Static Equipment Maintenance team, take an active role in organizing and executing incidental, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities; preparing and following up maintenance agreement specifications; managing progress payment processes; conducting spare parts and stock studies; following the planned maintenance program; and ensuring the safe execution of Static Equipment maintenance activities across the Refinery
- To ensure that the maintenance and repair works of the equipment in the units in the area of responsibility are carried out safely in accordance with the relevant standards, procedures, quality plan, instructions, daily and weekly program
- To create a preventive maintenance plan and to ensure that field studies are carried out in line with this plan,
- To examine the frequency of functions and maintenance of the equipment in the area of responsibility, to identify the root causes, to take the necessary actions
- To provide technical support to new assembly/renewal/revision project works to be carried out in the units in its area of responsibility.
- Finding solutions quickly in incidental situations. To carry out backup works by anticipating the spare parts that may be required. To take action quickly for situations that may require external support and to make the necessary team/service organizations,
- To ensure the control of company progress payments in outsourced works.
- Evaluating technical requirements of material and purchasing requests,
What We Look For?
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Materials and Metallurgical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance
- Preferably experienced in the maintenance of equipment such as steam boilers, heat exchangers, and pressure vessels
- Knowledgeable in NDT,
- Preferably proficient in ASME PCC-1 and PCC-2, API 571, etc
- Fluent in English, able to use it actively in written and oral communication (at least B2 level),
- Solid understanding of MS Office applications,
- Adaptable to a fast-paced and agile work culture,
- Great problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills,
- Thriving by different perspectives and showing flexibility,
- A great team player with a go-getter attitude.
