What You’ll Do?

• Plan and coordinate refinery production activities in line with demand forecasts, operational constraints and business targets.
• Prepare short-term and long-term production plans in collaboration with operations, supply chain and scheduling teams.
• Monitor production performance and ensure alignment with plan; revise plans when necessary.
• Analyze process data, identify optimization opportunities and contribute to improving production efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance, logistics and commercial teams to ensure continuity of production plans.
• Follow daily production activities and support decision-making in case of operational deviations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards in all planning activities.
• Contribute to shutdown planning and production ramp-up processes.

What We Look For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (preferred), or related engineering disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, refinery operations or similar roles.
• Knowledge of refinery processes and production planning principles is an asset.
• Fluent in English, able to use it actively in written and oral communication (at least B2 level),
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (advanced Excel is a plus),
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
• Strong communication and coordination skills,
• A proactive, result-oriented mindset with high sense of responsibility,
• Team player with effective collaboration skills.
