What You’ll Do?

Ensure the reliability, safety, and uninterrupted operation of electrical equipment by planning, executing, and managing maintenance activities and leading teams.

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies for assigned electrical equipment (motors, transformers, MCCs, switchgear, UPS, etc.).
• Organize preventive (PM) and predictive maintenance activities; manage breakdown maintenance processes.
• Establish maintenance plans for critical equipment; monitor and improve reliability metrics such as MTBF and MTTR.
• Conduct root cause analyses (RCA, 5 Whys, etc.) and develop permanent corrective actions.
• Plan and manage electrical activities during major shutdowns/turnarounds on-site.
• Ensure safe working conditions in high-voltage and low-voltage systems; manage LOTO and work permit processes.
• Oversee maintenance and compliance processes for Ex-proof equipment.
• Optimize spare parts, critical materials, and inventory management.
• Coordinate contractors and field teams; supervise work quality and execution.
• Liaise with TEİAŞ, distribution companies, and other stakeholders regarding maintenance and planned power outages.
• Take an active role in outage management, commissioning, and synchronization processes to ensure energy continuity.
• Ensure full compliance with electrical safety standards, regulations, and company procedures.
• Lead teams by managing personnel training, development, and shift planning.
• Implement 5S, maintenance excellence, and continuous improvement practices.
• Monitor and report budgets, maintenance costs, and performance KPIs.
• Identify bad actor equipment and develop long-term improvement actions.

What We Look For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering is essential for this role.

• Minimum 7 years of experience

• Proficiency in written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).

• Strong teamwork, follow-up discipline, innovative mindset, and effective communication skills.
