What You Will Do?
As part of the Maintenance team to take an support role in organizing and implementing incidential, preventive and predictive maintenance works, preparing/following up all transportation specifications/carrying out lifting activites, payment processes, following planned maintenance program and keeping safe the maintenance and transportation activities in the Refinery.
· Ensures that the necessary measures are taken in order to comply with the occupational safety rules in the field it is responsible for and to prevent occupational accidents. It makes all the follow-up related to the subject, determines and implements the actions to be taken and makes the reports.
· Actively monitors the KPI indicators of the sites for which it is responsible within the framework of Daily Maintenance Standards.
· To make the necessary plans for the maintenance activities in its area of responsibility to be carried out in accordance with the legal regulations, Refinery standards and procedures and carries out maintenance activities in the field in accordance with these procedures.
· To control the spare parts and materials of the works in its area of responsibility and determines the requirements and quantities. Performs the installation work of the relevant materials within the scope of its responsibility.
· Plans the procurement process of the works in the field applications under its responsibility, makes material requests, makes technical evaluation of the requested materials, controls the delivered material, and approves material outputs.
· Making all preparations such as lifting plans, tender creation, etc. for Daily Maintenance Planning and Downtime works in the area of responsibility
· In accordance with TÜPRAŞ procedures, forms and standards, it carries out the field implementation of preventive maintenance plans of equipment such as cranes under the responsibility of the Garage/Transport workshop.
· Ensures and supervises the preparation of business plans made in the applications for which it is responsible. It carries out the necessary work for the quality of the work steps and the creation of work packages. Makes removal plan and risk assessment
· To participate in scoping studies in the shutdowns to be carried out in the Refinery. In line with this scope, it makes the necessary number and quality of team planning. It ensures that the plans and material controls of the relevant works are made and provided before the stoppage.
· In line with the needs in intermediate and planned stops, it prepares the specifications in accordance with the regulations, makes discoveries and makes technical evaluations. It controls all conditions during the application, manages the contractor within the framework of HSE rules and with a focus on quality and efficiency.
· Ensures that the maintenance of those in their areas of responsibility is carried out in accordance with the standards and safely during intermediate and planned stops. It directs and manages the hourly wage employees under it.
· To get an active role in the preparation of the annual expenses and budget of the unit for which he/she is responsible, and presents the necessary information to the senior manager for the general control and follow-up of the budget during the year.
· In the activities it takes part in, it carries out discovery, planning, control of progress payment data, follow-up of payments and shares them with related management and the relevant disciplines
· Monitors the quality and efficiency of the field activities of the contractor companies under its responsibility. It ensures that action is taken in accordance with the technical specifications at the points it deems necessary.

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
· Minimum 2 years of experience
· Fluent in English, able to use it actively in written and oral communication (at least B2 level),
· Solid understanding of MS Office applications,
· Adaptable to a fast-paced and agile work culture,
