What You’ll Do?
- Perform monthly payroll calculations for all employee compensation in line with legal regulations, company policies, and the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
- Review and control all employee-related statutory and special deductions.
- Calculate severance pay, notice pay, and other final entitlements for exiting employees, and ensure accurate accounting and payment processes.
- Prepare monthly SGK e‐declarations under the appropriate legal codes, submit them within legal deadlines, and ensure timely payment of premiums.
- Manage all employee advances (salary, medical, personal needs, and leave advances), ensure centralized payments, and record installment-based deductions in the accounting system.
- Monitor legal regulations and update payroll system parameters accordingly, performing necessary accrual revisions.
- Support the Human Resources Directorate with budgeting activities related to employee compensation and prepare payroll-related reports for relevant departments.
- Track insurance and employment incentives and collaborate with HR units to ensure maximum utilization through effective system improvements and controls.
- Calculate labor costs, incentives, and applicable supports for employees working under R&D and TEYDEB projects based on timesheets, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Execute planning, implementation, monitoring, and improvement activities related directly or indirectly to the unit’s operations within assigned authority.
What We Look For?
- Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll calculation,
- Using Excel well,
- Being careful about job follow-up and able to work solution- and result-oriented,
- Has analytical thinking ability.
