What You'll Do?
- Ensure the implementation of the reliability methods and actions defined by the General Directorate of Operational Reliability and Operational Excellence within the refinery.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report deviations related to refinery reliability Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and coordinate Incident Investigation studies with relevant stakeholders and ensure their effective execution.
- Monitor and evaluate Incident Investigation, HAY, GMB, RTK, and SIFPro studies, and ensure the dissemination of related reports.
- Monitor reliability-related actions and verify their effective implementation in the field.
- Identify problematic equipment that negatively impacts refinery reliability and ensure that necessary corrective and preventive actions are taken.
- Follow industry best practices as well as national and international standards related to reliability; assess developments and propose improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, internal company regulations, standards, and procedures within the scope of responsibility.
- Participate in periodic pressure vessel inspections as a Quality Manager within the scope of the ISO 17020 Accredited Inspection Organization.
What We Look For?
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Preferably experienced in welding, corrosion, material selection, destructive and non-destructive testing, and technical inspection methods.
- Preferably knowledgeable about international standards such as ASME, ASTM, EN, API (650, 653, 571, 510, etc.), and NACE.
- Preferably experienced in piping, pressure vessels, static equipment manufacturing, construction, and site inspections.
- Preferably experienced in NDT methods (VT, MT, UT, RT, PT).
- Preferably experienced in preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive, innovative, and future-oriented mindset. Being socially responsible and capable of building effective relationships is highly valued, as collaboration and effective communication are key to success at Tüpraş.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Preferably at least 1 year of corporate experience in relevant positions.
