What You’ll Do?

Ensure the efficient operation of field, process, control, and emergency shutdown (ESD) systems within your assigned unit to maintain safe and uninterrupted refinery production, while coordinating effectively with relevant units.

  • Ensure continuous, efficient, and safe operation of assigned units.
  • Coordinate electricity and steam production in line with operational plans and energy efficiency targets.
  • Prepare equipment lists for scheduled/unscheduled maintenance and monitor maintenance activities.
  • Manage operations during emergencies such as power outages or island mode transitions.
  • Ensure implementation of electrical safety measures.
  • Coordinate communication and official correspondences with TEİAŞ, EPİAŞ, and local utility companies.
  • Participate in integration of new systems and identify modernization and reliability improvement needs.
  • Conduct engineering studies and coordinate problem‐solving activities with relevant departments.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations, standards, and company procedures; perform required reporting.
  • Take part in reliability and risk studies such as RBI, SIF/PRO, 5 Whys, HAZOP, etc.
  • Enforce safety culture, ensure procedure adherence, and manage work‐permit processes.
  • Support professional development of unit personnel and manage timesheet–leave–training processes.
  • Implement 5S and production management system practices.
  • Monitor financial processes including assets, stock, AVS, and budgeting.
  • Track critical equipment, monitor bad actors, and take corrective actions.
  • Report daily/ monthly electricity production–consumption balances.
  • Perform tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

What We Look For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is essential for this role.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English (minimum B2 level).

• Strong teamwork, follow-up discipline, innovative mindset, and effective communication skills.
